Pallet collars: a powerful functional upgrade for your pallets

Pallets with frames: Quality and standardization
Would you like to buy Euro pallet frames? We offer our stacking frames in the standard EPAL format of 1200 x 800 mm as standard. These are equipped with robust hinges.
We use planed spruce wood (approx. 18 x 195 mm) as the material, with our standard version being the 1-board variant (alternatively the 2-board variant).
IPPC/ISPM15 treatment is also available for export, which dries the wood and makes it suitable for worldwide shipping.
Maximum flexibility in terms of dimensions and materials
Our strength lies in our adaptability. We manufacture pallet collars from wood and metal. The standard height is approx. 195 mm, but this can be flexibly adapted to your requirements.
- On customer request, we also produce special sizes, for example for pallet dimensions of 6000 x 1600 mm or 2400 x 800 mm. You can choose between rigid angles or frames with folding hinges, which save a considerable amount of space when not in use.
- To meet your needs for reusable packaging, we also have used stacking frames in the standard market sizes of 1200 x 800 mm or 600 x 800 mm.
Extensions for optimal logistics processes
We offer a wide range of accessories and extensions to optimize the functionality of your pallet collars – whether for perfect load securing or safe packaging for storage.
- These include matching covers made of chipboard or plywood, which protect the contents from dirt and damage and provide additional security for the stack.
- For the sorted storage and transport of different goods, we can integrate dividers (stacking frame dividers) into the frames, which enable the smooth separation of items. In addition, we supply robust metal brackets – also known as stacking corners – which provide increased stability and enable several pallet collars to be stacked safely and efficiently on top of each other.
