Millimeter-precise storage cradles for pipes & rollers

For cylindrical or sensitive long goods such as rollers or pipes, we offer storage cradles that are integrated into the packaging with millimeter precision. These storage cradles are milled by CNC at our premises to ensure an exact fit. Whether round or square, anything is possible! 

Milled inlays and recesses made of wood or wood-based materials can be incorporated directly into export crates or transport packaging to optimally secure the load and protect it from slipping, even during overseas transport.

Secure transport racks for special components

We manufacture transport racks for use inside crates to equip them perfectly for freight of all kinds. Special components are ideally stored and stowed safely for transport thanks to our optimally coordinated interior. This includes modifying crates by installing milled inlays made of foam or needle felt to cushion and secure sensitive goods.

Tool boxes with inserts – robust and mobile!

We also offer special tool boxes with inserts for internal logistics processes and the transport of equipment. 

• Whether large or small, these boxes can be flexibly adapted to your logistical requirements.
• They are optionally equipped with heavy-duty casters (steerable with stoppers) and/or fixed casters to optimize maneuverability.
• Alternatively, we can equip them with a skid frame for forklift transport.
• For durability and protection when handling with industrial trucks, metal or aluminum angles can also be installed on the edges. This prevents the box from being damaged by the forklift.
