• Various materials are available for the interior fittings and edge protection, including needle felt and foam. These are used to cushion sensitive goods.
• To protect against moisture and corrosion, especially in sea freight crates, we use HDL PE film and desiccants as well as VCI film bags.
• External stability can be enhanced by attaching metal/aluminum angles for protection.
• For a precise fit of the contents, we incorporate CNC-milled inlays and recesses into the crates.

• Tube crates: Tube crates belong to the category of wooden packaging and are used for the safe storage and transport of cylindrical goods. They protect the contents from damage during handling and can also be manufactured as special designs for use as storage trays for tubes.
• Board crates: Board crates are classic wooden packaging. Their construction is typically based on spruce square timber and boards, which provide a stable and flexible solution for transport and storage requirements.
• Plywood crates: Plywood is often used because it offers high stability and smoother surfaces than solid wood. These crates are ideal for transporting more sensitive goods.
• Sea freight crates with corrosion protection: These crates are designed for international sea transport. We also offer additional corrosion protection solutions, such as VCI foil bags or PE foil and desiccants, to protect the packaged goods from moisture during sea transport.
• Air freight crates are special types of export packaging. They often need to be lightweight in order to minimize transport costs, but must remain sturdy. Like all export packaging, we can manufacture them in compliance with IPPC/ISPM 15 standards.
• Export crates that comply with the IPPC/ISPM 15 standard are typically required for shipments beyond the EU border. Compliance is achieved through the necessary heat treatment (HT) of the wood, which we offer as an in-house service.
• Heavy goods crates are extremely robust and stable, designed to transport particularly heavy or sensitive goods safely. They are often used in mechanical engineering, plant construction, and logistics, and can also feature metal reinforcements on customer request.
• Special crates as shuttle packaging: These are specially designed for multiple use (shuttle transport). They can be equipped with milled inlays made of materials such as foam or needle felt to store sensitive components precisely and protectively.
• Crates for trade fairs (including lettering/logo milling): Trade fair crates can be customized with individual lettering and logo milling. CNC technology enables precise engraving and contours, allowing for attractive and individual designs for transport and presentation packaging.
• Decorative wooden boxes as advertising media: These special boxes are offered as advertising media in the wood sector. Production can include complex milling or 3D reliefs, which are precisely created using CNC technology to ensure an aesthetic and customized brand presentation.
• Tool boxes with inserts: Tool boxes are among our special designs. Milled inlays can be used for the interior fittings. These precisely fitting inserts are incorporated into the boxes using CNC milling to securely fix and store tools or specific components.
