Multifaceted surface finishing: wood at its best

A high-quality result always starts with optimal surface preparation. We are technically well equipped to precisely process solid wood and veneer panels!

Wide belt sander: We use our wide belt sander with a processing width of up to 1,300 mm for calibrating and fine sanding.
Perfectly sanded: We can provide you with any sanded surface you desire, and we also use eccentric sanders for fine wood sanding work.
Textured feel: We offer the option of brushing in various intensities – from light to pronounced. This allows us to perfectly highlight the natural grain and texture of the wood! To do this, we use an angle grinder with brush attachments, among other things. Of course, completely smooth sanded surfaces are also possible.
Long clamps for gluing wide workpieces (e.g., solid wood tables with a width of 2,000 mm)

Special service: individual waney edge

In addition to standard processing, we are flexible when it comes to special requests: we can machine a waney edge, which is also possible on a panel that does not have a waney edge as standard ex works.

Custom surface treatment: from oiling to varnishing wood

High-quality surface treatment is essential to ensure that your workpiece looks its best while repelling dirt and moisture.

The range of options extends from simple glazing or oiling of the surface, which allows the wood to breathe and preserves its feel, to pigmented varnishing (only rolled!). We always cater to your wishes in this regard.

For our oiling, we prefer products from the manufacturer Rubio Monocoat—a true benchmark for high-quality and environmentally friendly wood protection. We are also happy to use other manufacturers at your request.

This allows us to ensure both the highest quality and maximum flexibility in the choice of suitable surface protection.

Custom moldings & planed goods – even in large quantities

Thanks to our strong partners, we can also offer moldings painted ex works. We are very flexible in this regard and can also handle large quantities and special surface treatments!

The same applies to planed goods! Thanks to our efficient partners in the region, we can also produce larger batches of planed goods: solid wood floorboards, moldings, profiled boards, facade profiles, and much more for indoor and outdoor use!
